At MSC Esthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please read our booking terms carefully before confirming your appointment.

Reservation Fee

📍 To secure your appointment, we may require a non-refundable reservation fee of €10–€50, depending on the day, time, and service booked.
	•	If a reservation fee is required, you will be informed at the time of booking.
	•	The fee must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment.
	🔹The reservation fee will be deducted from your final service cost – when you attend your appointment, you will simply pay the remaining balance.🔹

Rescheduling & Cancellations
	•	You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule or cancel.
	•	With 24+ hours’ notice, your reservation fee can be transferred to a new appointment date.
	•	If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the reservation fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Booking Process
	•	Online Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website or app. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
	•	Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your appointment details.
	•	Changes to Bookings: Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for any changes.

Privacy & Data Protection
	•	Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.
	•	We do not share your data with third parties, except as required by law.
	•	Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services or comply with regulations.
