Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We may require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of none may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show.

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion.
