Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We may require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of none may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show.

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion.

Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Neek always does a fantastic job. This is one vendor that I do not ever have to "check the work out" because she does a great job every time and never had an issue.

Miss Klean did an EXCELLENT job detailing my Porsche Cayenne! She was thorough, professional, took her time, and clearly takes pride in her work. My vehicle looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL when she finished. She is a hardworking small-business owner who deserves your support.

I highly recommend Miss Klean Mobile Detail — give her an opportunity to make your vehicle shine! ❤️👏🏽
