At ReSet Therapies Massage focus is on Reset for your Body, Mind, Spirit — it is the core offering for your care. You begin with a short intake to note areas to address and set pressure preferences. Sessions run on schedule so you start and finish on time. Your therapist checks in during treatment, adjusts focus based on your feedback, and explains simple aftercare to support recovery. Appointments are easy to schedule. You’ll notice soft lighting, quiet music, warm linens, and light massage oil on the skin. Book your appointment to get started.

Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Deep Tissue Accupressure

This is focused Deep pressure point accupressure & Deep plane Fascia & Deep Tissue work mixed with stretches for mobility issues. This is not a kill me go hard or go home massage. This is gunna come with guided professional experience of where you can have the depth along with targeting deeper triggerpoints and deep broad wringing to unblock areas of thick build up adhesions and tight fascia. Ths treatment may require some cupping added on if the tissue is not softening under manual work fast enough. Your therapist will advise you during assessment or you may add this onto your booking prior if your interested in extra results from this treatment. Up to you as always 😊
