This is focused Deep pressure point accupressure & Deep plane Fascia & Deep Tissue work mixed with stretches for mobility issues. This is not a kill me go hard or go home massage. This is gunna come with guided professional experience of where you can have the depth along with targeting deeper triggerpoints and deep broad wringing to unblock areas of thick build up adhesions and tight fascia. Ths treatment may require some cupping added on if the tissue is not softening under manual work fast enough.
