Waxing Services & Client Policies ✨Full Body Hard Waxing Experience smooth, long-lasting results with professional hard waxing. This method removes hair from the root, helping reduce ingrown hairs, improve skin appearance, and promote long-term hair thinning with consistent treatments. Results typically last up to 4 weeks. Hair Length Requirement: Hair must be at least ¼ inch long (grain-of-rice length) at the time of service. ⸻ ✨Appointment Preparation To ensure the most comfortable experience: • Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment • Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment • An over-the-counter pain reliever may be taken 30 minutes before your appointment if desired • Do not shave between appointments, as shaving disrupts the hair cycle, increases irritation, and may delay desired results Consistent waxing over 3+ months produces the best long-term results. ⸻ ✨Booking Policy Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. By booking, you agree to all policies listed below. Same-Day Appointments: Require at least 4 hours notice. Requests made with less than 4 hours notice will incur a $20 same-day fee. ⸻ ✨Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Advance notice is required for all appointment changes. • 48+ hours notice: No charge • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of service total • Less than 2 hours notice or No-Show: 100% of service total Late cancellations prevent other clients from booking and directly impact scheduling availability. ⸻ ✨Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling. Full-service charges still apply. ⸻ ✨No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the following: • 1st No-Show: $20 fee + 50% of missed service • 2nd No-Show: $20 fee + 100% of missed service • 3rd No-Show: Client privileges suspended for 1 year After the first no-show, a 50% deposit will be required for all future bookings. ⸻ ✨Arrival Guidelines • First-time clients: Please arrive 15 minutes early • Late arrival may reduce service time • Full payment is required for all reserved appointments ⸻ ✨Communication Responsibility Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy.
