* In the unfortunate event of a 3rd no-show, I will no longer be able to serve you. 
Late fee will be added to next appointment cost/ required to be paid immediately. Late fee will in effect after 15mins. After your third no call/ no show you will be banned from services from Angel/Angels Skin in the future by 1 year of reconsideration will be in effect immediately. Failure to reschedule any appointment 3 hours prior will have the no call/ no show policy in effect. After the 1st no call/ no show, services must be paid by half immediately after booking and will be in penalty for 6 months.

FIRST TIME WAX COMFORT/ EDUCATION 

~Avoid alcoholic drinks day prior and day of appointment 
~Avoid caffeine day of appointment
~Take an over-the-counter pain reliever like Advil or Aspirin to minimize the pain 30mins before scheduled appointment 

-In the event you shave in between waxes, discomfort will be increased by 100%
     *Touch-up shaving only removes hair from the skin's surface, and leaves the root which guarantees each strand will always be in a different stage of growth. Having a mix of short and long strands causes skin irritation and ingrown hairs. NO SHAVING! Waxed hair grows back much thinner, thus making it easier to remove and less painful when waxed. Shaving JUST ONE TIME in between appointments will negate all that is gained from waxing and can further desired results. I highly do not advise shaving in between appointments. Give your wax journey at least 3 months to allow all hair to grow on same cycle. 

     * The person's skin type, hair texture, and their particular hair growth cycle will determine how many sessions are needed before the hairs are permanently removed. Hairs can permanently stop growing at the start of 8 months of treatment in areas where it grows finer✨

The art of waxing removes the hair from the root and unlike shaving, the hair is only cut at the surface.

I know that life gets busy, so if you’ve scheduled an appointment that needs to be changed, please read my cancellation policy.


SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

Require an at least 2hr notice before booking. Anything less than 2hrs will be an additional $20 charge. 


CANCELLATION POLICY 

My business is appointment-based and only truly works when appointments are kept.

1. When you schedule an appointment, I ensure that I am here for you, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to me. 

2. I consider your appointment confirmed the day it is made and my time is reserved for you.

3. If you find it necessary to reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible so I can fill that time slot.

4. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that slot, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

5. Despite my reminders, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid tardy/missed appointments, and being charged according to my policy.

6. Late cancellations will be charged as followed:

* In the unfortunate event of a 3rd no-call/show, I will no longer be able to service you. 

~After your third no-call/show you will be banned from services from Angel/Angels Skin in the future with 1 year of reconsideration to be in effect immediately. 

~Failure to reschedule any appointment THREE hours prior to scheduled service will have the no-show policy in effect. 

~After the 1st no-call/show, all future services must be paid 50%  immediately after booking as a security deposit, to ensure that you are going to make your appointment. A request will be sent by Angel of payment after confirmation of appointment. Zelle to Angel at (484)- 523-2228.

ARRIVAL TIME
 
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your 1st appointment. This will give you plenty of time to check-in, use the restroom, and fill out any necessary forms. Arriving late robs you of precious treatment minutes and I can not guarantee completion of the full service for late clients. It is a courtesy to Angel and other clients that you arrive promptly. You will be responsible for paying the full-service fee for your scheduled appointment.


CLIENT CONFIRMATION 

Angel, the Wax Specialist, contacts clients via email and text message for appointment confirmations approximately day of, 1 month, 1 week, three days and 48 hours prior to the appointment. These confirmations are a courtesy that Angel, the Wax Specialist, extended to you, and is not responsible for any missed confirmations. If you are unsure of your appointment day or time, please call/text Angel directly for assistance.
