•    Policies
 ﻿﻿Please arrive without acrylic on your nails unless you booked a soak-off. I do not work over others' work.
 ﻿﻿No extra guest
 The address is sent immediately to your email after booking;
• There is a 10 minute grace. After 10 minutes of being late you will have to reschedule. Please contact me if you may not make your appointment.
Fees
 ﻿﻿Squeeze ins are + $15, please contact me if interested.
 ﻿﻿You can reschedule/Cancel your appointment using your email. Please make any changes to your appointment at least 24 hours before. There is a $25 same-day reschedule fee. If your appointment is canceled the same day, you will be charged with 35% of the remaining balance.
 ﻿﻿A $40 nonrefundable deposit is required when booking. This deposit will go towards your total.
 Fills + Toes
If you have 4+ nails lifting please book a fullset
Acrylic toes come without a pedicure; please arrive with clean feet free of gel.
Acrylic toes last up to 1-3 months with proper care.
Contact me when you're ready to book your fill-in if you're interested in more designs that are not shown.

If I must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will always try my best to give you a 24-hour notice at the very least. If I must cancel you less than 24 hours but more than 1 hour before your appointment time, I will give you a $15 credit for your next service. If I should cancel you with one hour or less before your scheduled appointment time, I will give you a $20 credit for your next service. If there ever is a situation where I do not notify you before your appointment time starts that I will need to cancel, I will offer you a service at your appointment minimum which is  for enhancement services and feet services. 
Tardiness
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and deposit non-refunded for nail services. 
If I am running behind and ask you to come more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, I will give you $10 off your service. If you decide you cannot come any later and must reschedule (that does not equal to a cancellation on my end and you will not be credited any additional fees) you will be able to use your $10 credit for your rescheduled appointment.
Early Arrival
Please do not arrive to your appointment before your exact scheduled time (even 5 mins is too early for me)-this ensures that I have the proper time to clean, eat etc., and every minute is important to me regarding my personal time. You can come early and sit in your vehicle if you like, but please do not knock/ring the doorbell until your precise appointment time.
Phones/Music
Please refrain from making/taking calls on speakerphone. I do not mind you being on calls at all, but please be considerate of my environment and use an appropriate volume when on your call.
I ask that if you’re going to listen to music or watch videos that you do not play any sounds out loud, but rather, use headphones. 
Food
I understand that my appointments can be lengthy, and you may need to snack, I ask that you please choose something that is not going to dirty your nails (chips and other finger foods). Eating something that you can use a fork or spoon for would be a better option. 
Additional Guests
Please do not bring kids or guests to your appointments. 
If you must meet someone to bring you food, money, keys etc., please meet them outside opposed to asking them to come inside.

Yesterday was my first experience  at  23FlavorzByTot, but it will not be my last. She was very welcoming,and personable.  My nails are very short,yet she managed to give me the cutest design. I also got a pedicure for the first time, and I could not be more pleased. Needless to say I'll be back! See ya in two weeks!!!!
