🚨🚨You can reschedule/Cancel your appointment using your email. Please make any changes to your appointment at least 24 hours before. 🚨🚨

If I must cancel you less than 24 hours but more than 1 hour before your appointment time, I will give you a $10 credit for next appointment 👉🏾👉🏾Tardiness If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and deposit non-refunded for nail services. If I am running behind and ask you to come more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, I will give you $10 off your service. If you decide you cannot come any later and must reschedule (that does not equal to a cancellation on my end and you will not be credited any additional fees) you will be able to use your $10 credit for your rescheduled appointment. 👉🏾👉🏾Early Arrival Please do not arrive to your appointment before your exact scheduled time this ensures that I have the proper time to clean, eat etc., and every minute is important to me regarding my personal time. You can come early and sit in your vehicle if you like, but please do not knock/ring the doorbell until your precise appointment time. 👉🏾👉🏾Food I understand that my appointments can be lengthy, and you may need to snack, I ask that you please choose something that is not going to dirty your nails (chips and other finger foods). Eating something that you can use a fork or spoon for would be a better option. 👉🏾👉🏾Additional Guests Please DO NOT BRING ANY KIDS or guests to your appointments.
