NEW CLIENTS - Please book your patch test first and contact me for address, thank you x Cancellations within 48 hours will require 50% of the appointment cost. No shows will require 100% payment of the missed appointment. Outstanding balances must be paid before rebooking. A patch test is required at least 24 hours before all lash and brow appointments. Appointments cannot go ahead without a completed patch test. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in your appointment time being reduced or cancelled. Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. Full payment is required before leaving. No refunds will be given once the service has been completed, as time and product have been used.
