- A patch test is required at least 24 hours before. Appointments cannot proceed without a completed patch test.
- No refunds, for any concerns, please reach out within 72 hours and I will be happy to resolve the issue.
- Contact lenses must be removed before any lash appointment.
- Please arrive with clean, washed lashes.
