Please review our policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:

APPOINTMENTS

A valid card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at booking unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Same-Day Cancellations
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled the same day as the scheduled appointment will require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

The deposit must be paid before another appointment can be booked and will not be refunded or transferred.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit or FULL PREPAYMENT for future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals may result in a shortened, modified, or rescheduled appointment. If there is not enough time to complete your service, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation & may  be charged. 

PRICING

All prices are starting prices. Additional charges may apply based on hair length, density, additional product, time, or services required.

PROMOTIONS

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Additional product, length, or density charges may still apply.

GUESTS

Please limit additional guests unless they are receiving a service or accompanying a minor.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Halo Luxe Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe hair conditions, inappropriate behavior, harassment, or safety concerns.

Rashel is awesome.   It is a very relaxing environment and she will listen to what you are looking to do.  She gives AMAZING shampoos, so don't skip out on that!  She colored,  cut, and styled my hair and I LOVE it!

AHHHH honestly such a great experience! Rashel is sooo darn sweet and leaves no room for awkward silences! She kept me busy and the appointment flew by. I love my hair so much! I'm a curly gal and she gave me a great curly cut. It was such a joy to get to know her and I look forward to next time!
