By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following: APPOINTMENTS A valid card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at booking unless otherwise stated. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Same-Day Cancellations Any appointment canceled or rescheduled the same day as the scheduled appointment will require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service. The deposit must be paid before another appointment can be booked and will not be refunded or transferred. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total.
