The Blueprint personal training studio 

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 1 hour before start time.

 The Blueprint PTS requires clients to pay a deposit at the time of booking Deposits/Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

It was an excellent session with Blueprint. I will wholeheartedly recommend these guys!
