Politique et conditions

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 1 hour before start time. The Blueprint PTS requires clients to pay a deposit at the time of booking Deposits/Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

1 on 1 HIIT @ Labone Branch

HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

A thorough and complete consultation to ensure that the personal trainer has all the data (body composition) that they need to design a program that is time-efficient and successful.
