BOOKING TERMS AND PRIVACY NOTICE Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business's discretion. Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, injuries, medical conditions, or other information that may affect their treatment before their appointment. Clients should attend appointments alone unless prior arrangements have been made. No refunds are available once a treatment has been completed. Health information is classified as Special Category Data and is processed for the provision of health and wellbeing services. Where electronic practice management software is used, appropriate measures are taken to ensure your information remains secure and accessible only to authorised persons. How Long Information Is Retained Adult client records are retained for a minimum of 7 years following your last treatment in accordance with professional and insurance requirements. Records relating to children will be retained until the child reaches the age of 25, or age 26 where treatment took place at age 17. After the relevant retention period has expired, records will be securely destroyed.
