HSK Studios Policies 1. Booking & Deposits * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. * Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit reflects. * Deposits go toward the total service cost. * No deposit = no appointment secured. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling * Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. * Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in loss of deposit. * Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 24 hours’ notice. * Same-day reschedules will require a new deposit. 3. Late Arrival Policy * A 15-minute grace period is allowed. * Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in: * A shortened service, or * Cancellation of the appointment (deposit forfeited). * Full service fees still apply. 4. No-Show Policy * Failure to show up without communication will result in: * 100% loss of deposit, and * Future bookings requiring full upfront payment. 5. Payment Policy * The remaining balance must be paid on completion of service. * We accept: EFT, card, and cash. * No work leaves the salon unpaid. 6. Hair & Service Disclaimer * Clients must disclose: * Previous chemical treatments * Allergies or sensitivities * HSK Studios is not liable for: * Reactions due to undisclosed conditions * Results affected by previously damaged or compromised hair 7. Wig & Hair Services Policy * All wigs, bundles, and custom units are handled with care, however: * HSK is not responsible for pre-existing damage * No guarantees on longevity if hair is not purchased through HSK * Custom wigs: * Require full upfront payment * Have a production turnaround time (communicated at booking) 8. Refund Policy * No refunds on services rendered. * Adjustments/fixes must be reported within 24–48 hours of the appointment. * Corrections are done at management discretion. 9. Children & Guests * To maintain a luxury experience: * No extra guests unless approved * No children unless being serviced 10. Right of Refusal HSK Studios reserves the right to: * Refuse service to clients who: * Arrive with poor hygiene * Display disrespectful behavior * Do not comply with salon policies 11. Content & Media * HSK Studios may take photos/videos for marketing purposes. * Clients who do not wish to be recorded must inform us before the service begins. 12. Pricing Policy * Prices are subject to change without prior notice. * Quotes are estimates and may vary based on: * Hair length * Density * Complexity of service 13. Luxury Experience Clause At HSK Studios, we are committed to delivering a premium, high-quality experience. We ask that all clients respect: * Time * Professional boundaries * The value of our work 14. After-Hours & Emergency Bookings * Bookings outside operating hours incur an additional premium fee. 15. VIP Priority Bookings * Priority slots require: * Full upfront payment, and * A premium booking fee 16. Refund & Wig Policy * No refunds on services rendered under any circumstances. * Wigs / Hair Units: * No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any wig or unit once it has been worn, installed, altered, or used in any way. * All sales on wigs and hair units are final. * Wig Sizing & Fit: * Clients are responsible for ensuring correct sizing when placing orders. * HSK Studios works with a third-party manufacturer for wig construction and is not responsible for fit or sizing issues. * Any resizing or adjustments required after completion will be at the client’s own cost and arrangement. * Adjustments: * Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within 24–48 hours of collection. * Adjustments are handled at management discretion and do not qualify as refunds.
