Whether you need a one-time deep clean, regular maintenance, or help with special projects like move-ins, Airbnbs, offices or post-construction, our team is trained to deliver top-quality results. We bring all of our own professional supplies and equipment, pay attention to every detail, and treat each home or business with the same care as if it were our own. Politique et conditions
Glow & Go Cleaning LLC – Terms & Conditions By booking services with Glow & Go Cleaning LLC, clients agree to the following terms and policies. 1. Estimates & Walkthroughs All pricing provided before service is a starting estimate based on the condition of the home discussed during booking or walkthrough. Final pricing may adjust if the home requires more time, labor, or detail than expected. 2. Payment Terms • Payment is due the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon. • We accept approved digital payment methods. • Late payments may result in late fees and/or suspension of future services. 3. Deposits A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits apply toward the total cost of your service. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled without proper notice, the deposit may be forfeited. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. 5. Access to the Home Clients must ensure cleaners have access to the home at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, a lockout fee may apply. 6. Condition of the Home We are a cleaning service, not a restoration or hazardous waste company. Additional fees may apply for: • Excessive buildup • Heavy pet hair • Bodily fluids • Mold, biohazards, or pest infestations • Hoarding conditions Glow & Go Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse unsafe working conditions. 7. Add-On Services Certain tasks are considered add-ons and are not included in standard cleaning unless requested and approved. Examples include: • Inside ovens • Inside refrigerators/freezers • Inside cabinets • Interior windows • Laundry, dishes, or organizing 8. Satisfaction Policy If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address any missed areas within reason. Refunds are not guaranteed but issues will be reviewed case-by-case. 9. Damage Policy Our team takes great care in your home. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for: • Pre-existing damage • Normal wear and tear • Items not properly secured • Breakable or high-value items not disclosed 10. Pets Pets must be secured if they are aggressive or may interfere with cleaning. We are not responsible for pets escaping if doors are opened during service. 11. Personal Belongings We do not move heavy furniture or items over 25 lbs. Clients are responsible for securing valuables, paperwork, and fragile items. 12. Right to Refuse Service Glow & Go Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop service for unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or environments that pose risk to our team. 13. Recurring Services Recurring clients help maintain the home’s condition. Homes that have not been cleaned regularly require a deep clean before starting maintenance service. If a client chooses to begin recurring service without an initial deep clean, the home will be cleaned under the Basic or Heavy Basic package standards. This means deeper detail work (such as heavy buildup, neglected areas, or deep restoration-level cleaning) will not be included and may require a separate deep clean service at a later date. Maintenance cleanings are designed to upkeep, not correct long-term buildup. 14.
