Welcome to Diva's Palace Beauty Spot 💚 Where healthy hair meets luxury braiding. I specialize in protective styles that prioritize scalp health, precision, and long-lasting results. Every appointment is designed to leave you feeling confident, beautiful, and cared for. 💚Health & Sanitation Policy💚 Your safety is our priority. Please reschedule if you have: A fever or contagious illness. Head lice. An untreated scalp infection or open sores. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise the health and safety of our clients or staff. 👑Late Arrival Policy💚 We value everyone's time. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client. Full service fees still apply. 💚Cancellation & No-Show Policy💚 Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by management. Clients who fail to show without notice may be required to pay a new deposit before booking again. 💚Hair Preparation Policy!👑💚 Please arrive with: Clean, dry hair. Hair completely free of product buildup. Hair detangled from roots to ends. If preparation is required, a detangling or wash fee will be added to your service. 👑💚Photo & Video Policy We love showing off our work! Photos and videos may be taken before, during, and after your service for marketing purposes. ✨📌 Diva’s Palace Beauty Spot Policies✨ Appointments are recommended. Booking Policy: ✨ All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. By booking, you agree to all salon policies. Hair is included with all braid services only. Prices cover shoulder to mid-back length only. Longer lengths and add-ons must be selected at booking. For Crochet, Twists, and Loc Services, additional fee applies. Hair Add-On is available during booking. 💳 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and go toward your remaining balance. 💰 Payment Policy Payment is due immediately after your service is completed. We accept approved payment methods listed by the salon. Clients are responsible for paying the full balance before leaving the salon. 🚫 No Refund Policy All payments made to Diva's Palace Beauty Spot are final and non-refundable. ✨ Service Satisfaction Policy Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify Diva's Palace Beauty Spot within 24 hours of your appointment. We will evaluate the concern and, if appropriate, schedule a correction. No refunds will be issued. Concerns reported after 24 hours will not qualify for complimentary adjustments. Any service requested after the 24-hour period will be considered a new appointment and charged at the current service price. ➕ Service Changes & Additional Fees Please be certain of the style you want before your appointment begins. If you decide to: Change your hairstyle, Add length, Add curls, Add color, Upgrade braid size, Request extra hair, Add any additional service, Additional fees will apply. Any extra time, products, or labor required will be added to your final balance. Due to the time, products, and labor invested in every service, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. 💖 Diva’s Palace is a respectful, drama-free salon.
