Since 2019, our mission has been to provide quality service, a luxury experience, and styles you'll love. Booking Policy: ✨ All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. ✨ Rescheduling appointments booked more than 3 weeks out will result in deposit forfeiture. ✨ Last-minute cancellations are subject to a $95 cancellation fee. ✨ No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be restricted from future bookings. ✨📌 Diva’s Palace Beauty Spot Policies✨ Appointments are recommended. Hair is included with all braid services.. Prices cover shoulder to mid-back length only. Longer lengths and add-ons must be selected at booking. For Crochet, Twists, and Loc Services, a $45 Hair Add-On is available during booking because hair is not included it's additional. 💳 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and go toward your remaining balance. ⏰ Please arrive on time. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. 📅 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes. Last-minute changes require a new deposit. 💖 Diva’s Palace is a respectful, drama-free salon. Prices are firm, and respectful behavior is required at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Our policies protect the quality of service and luxury salon experience we provide. 👑
