Hair is included with all braid services only. Prices cover shoulder to mid-back length only. Longer lengths and add-ons must be selected at booking. For Crochet, Twists, and Loc Services, additional fee applies. Hair Add-On is available during booking. 💳 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and go toward your remaining balance. 💰 Payment Policy Payment is due immediately after your service is completed. We accept approved payment methods listed by the salon. Clients are responsible for paying the full balance before leaving the salon. 🚫 No Refund Policy All payments made to Diva's Palace Beauty Spot are final and non-refundable. ✨ Service Satisfaction Policy Your satisfaction matters to us. Professional removal of your existing protective style, including braids, twists, crochet, or similar styles. We carefully remove the style while minimizing unnecessary pulling, breakage, and damage to your natural hair. This is a TAKE-DOWN ONLY service. Shampoo, conditioning, detangling, blow-dry, treatment, and a new hairstyle are not included unless selected separately.

Twist Refresh

Extend the life of your existing twist style with a professional refresh. This service focuses on improving the appearance of the visible/perimeter areas, cleaning up frizz and refreshing the overall finish. Your existing style must still have a healthy, stable foundation and be approved for maintenance. IMPORTANT: A refresh does not mean a complete reinstall. It extends your existing style—it does not restart the clock on how long the protective style has been worn.

Designed to extend the appearance of your existing knotless or braided protective style. Selected braids around the perimeter and other highly visible areas may be removed and refreshed to create a cleaner, neater finish. Available only when the original installation is still in good condition and has a healthy foundation. This is NOT a full reinstall. A refresh extends the life of your current style and does not restart the recommended wear time.

Boho Refresh

Refresh your existing Boho braids by improving the visible braided areas and restoring the loose curly pieces that give Boho its signature look. Service may include refreshing selected perimeter braids, removing/replacing worn curls, detangling manageable curls, and restoring the overall finish. Your existing installation must still have a healthy and stable foundation. This is maintenance—not a full Boho reinstall. Additional replacement curl hair may be required depending on the condition of your style.

A deep scalp-focused service designed to remove product buildup, excess oils, flakes, and residue while refreshing the hair and scalp. Includes scalp cleansing/detox, shampoo, conditioning, hydration, and appropriate finishing care. Ideal before a new protective style or when your scalp needs a deeper reset after extended product or protective-style wear. This is a cosmetic salon scalp-care service and is not treatment for a medical scalp condition.

Twist Installation Policy: This service is priced by size of the installation, not by twist style. Clients may select from eligible twist styles such as Passion, Marley, Afro Kinky and similar twists. Hair is not included unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for purchasing the correct type, color and quantity of hair recommended by Diva's Palace. Additional charges may apply for longer lengths, extra-full installations, dense natural hair or specialty requests. And since your current booking policy uses a $45 non-refundable deposit, I would make these twist services require that same $45 deposit so your pricing stays consistent across your main protective-style appointments.
