Please be sure to schedule while appointments are open — spots fill up fast (gratefully!) 😩✨ 💲Pricing Info: Pricing and availability are visible on the booking site. If you have any questions, just ask! Please note: All services require a bath or full groom to ensure your pet receives proper coat care. The only exception is nail-trim-only visits, which may be scheduled by themselves. --- 🐶 First Time (and Returning) Clients — Read This Too! ⭕️ Drop-Off Only: Due to a change in circumstances, all appointments are drop-off only. Thank you for understanding! 🕰️ About Booking Times: Please note that the time shown when booking does not reflect your actual appointment time. All pets must be dropped off between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM — no matter what time you select on the booking site. If you need an earlier drop-off or the latest by 12:00 PM, please message me when booking or at least 48 hours prior. . ⭕️ I Don’t Rush Perfection: I take my time to give each pup a calm, careful, and detailed groom. If you need a quick turnaround, I might not be the groomer for you — and that’s okay! 💕 💦 Water is always available, and 🦴 treats are given with permission. You’re welcome to pack lunch if needed, though it’s not required. --- 📲 Appointment Confirmation is REQUIRED: ‼️ Please confirm your appointment via text message at least 48 hours prior. If I don’t receive confirmation, I will cancel 24 hours before and open the spot to someone else. (Even if we talked earlier — I still need that final confirmation text!) --- 🧼 Check-In Policy: ‼️‼️ I do a full-body check at drop-off. If I find matting or fleas, I’ll notify you right away and treat accordingly. ➕ Extra fees apply for de-matting and flea treatments — but you’ll always be informed first.
