Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Any cancellations within 24hrs will incur 50% of groom price. Any customer who does not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of groom price. If you are late for an appointment and the full service can not happen due to time remaining, full groom price will be charged as per the service you booked. De-matting charges will be applied for dogs that can tolerate being brushed out. If the dog can not tolerate, or I feel it is not kind, then a complete shave down and restart will happen.

Zoe is brilliant with Pixie and is always very informative, telling me exactly what's happening every time she cleans her teeth. I would highly recommend her instead of paying a fortune to the vets, and having your dog go through an unnecessary anaesthetic.

Zoe is amazing all dogs but especially great with my pooch who hates to be pampered and gets very anxious. However, with her kind and calm touch she has managed to turn our black lab with so much undercoat into a fluffy bear who is feeling so much happier! Highly recommend to all dog owners, especially those with pups who aren't keen on a bath! 😊

Zoe has been grooming Polly since she was a puppy, she is six now and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Zoe is gentle, patient, kind and always does a really beautiful job. You can really feel her genuine love for dogs and what she does which is so reassuring. I know Polly is cared for and in the best hands every visit. Thank you so much 😊
