“Zoe is amazing all dogs but especially great with my pooch who hates to be pampered and gets very anxious. However, with her kind and calm touch she has managed to turn our black lab with so much undercoat into a fluffy bear who is feeling so much happier! Highly recommend to all dog owners, especially those with pups who aren't keen on a bath! 😊”

Policy and Terms
Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Any cancellations within 24hrs will incur 50% of groom price. Any customer who does not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of groom price. If you are late for an appointment and the full service can not happen due to time remaining, full groom price will be charged as per the service you booked. De-matting charges will be applied for dogs that can tolerate being brushed out. If the dog can not tolerate, or I feel it is not kind, then a complete shave down and restart will happen.
