BOOKING POLICIES
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

💙Card details are securely stored at the time of booking. No payment will be taken unless required under our cancellation/no show policy.

💙The remaining balance is payable in CASH ONLY at your appointment.

💙If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will be charged to the card details held on file at our discretion. You agree to this upon booking. 

💙If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment. In this case, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the full appointment fee may still be charged. In busier seasons appointments are back to back so we do ask you are exactly on time for your appointment. 

💙 All services are carried out with the highest level of care to your natural lashes/hair/skin. While we are committed to achieving the best possible results, they also depend heavily on the aftercare and maintenance of the client. Following all recommended aftercare advice is essential to maintain the health and condition of your natural hair, lashes, brows and skin, as well as to achieve the best and longest-lasting results from your treatment. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from failure to follow the aftercare guidance provided.

Had an eyelash lift and eyebrow wax and tint and as always made a beautiful job of my very short eyelashes. Brows look amazing too. Sophie is such a lovely, bright and bubbly girl who is always professional. Highly recommend Flash Lash.
