BOOKING POLICIES By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 💙Card details are securely stored at the time of booking. No payment will be taken unless required under our cancellation/no show policy. 💙The remaining balance is payable in CASH ONLY at your appointment. 💙If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will be charged to the card details held on file at our discretion. You agree to this upon booking. 💙If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment. In this case, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the full appointment fee may still be charged. In busier seasons appointments are back to back so we do ask you are exactly on time for your appointment. 💙 All services are carried out with the highest level of care to your natural lashes/hair/skin. While we are committed to achieving the best possible results, they also depend heavily on the aftercare and maintenance of the client. Following all recommended aftercare advice is essential to maintain the health and condition of your natural hair, lashes, brows and skin, as well as to achieve the best and longest-lasting results from your treatment. Russian Lashes – For My BADDIES ❤️‍🔥 My signature Russian sets are typically dark, dense and fluffy. This technique works by applying fans to each natural lash. This allows us to create a fuller lash line, making it an excellent option for clients with sparse natural lashes or gaps, as we can achieve a more even, seamless result they don’t always have to be as dark as I typically do them! Russian Lashes are highly customisable and can be tailored to suit your desired look. By adjusting the thickness and size of the fans, we can create anything from a soft, wispy volume to a bold, dramatic set. Hair Extensions Consultation

Your consultation is the most important step in your hair extension journey. It’s a chance for us to meet, chat about the look you’d like to achieve and create a plan that’s tailored to you. During your consultation I will * Assess the condition of your hair and scalp * Colour match * Recommend the most suitable extension method for your hair * Determine how many grams of hair you’ll need * Provide you with a quote for both the hair & fitting * Provide you with information on pre & post care as well as prices & timeline of refits * Answer any & every question you have After this we can book your fitting appointment for when your extensions arrive if you wish to do so. Initial fitting appointments cannot be booked through my online booking system, as a consultation is required beforehand. If your previous consultation was more than 1 month ago, a new consultation will be required as your hair/scalp condition and colour may have changed.

“Bouncy Blowdry” Extensions

Smooth blowdry focusing on volume at the roots + my signature pin curls with tongs mimicking a bouncy blowdry - the reason for this is bouncy blowdrys require A LOT of tension which can be uncomfortable on extensions & the curls last longer on extensions. Personally I think it looks 10x better😛 Please note you must come to your blowdry appointment with freshly washed detangled wet/damp hair we do not currently have access to a backwash within studio.

Weave Tighten

Your tighten is recommended every 4–6 weeks to maintain your extensions and protect your natural hair. I recommend no more than 2–3 tightens between each refit. If you have significant matting, excessive shedding or your rows have grown out too much, a tighten may not be suitable and a full refit will be required instead.

Weave Refit

A refit includes the full removal and reinstallation of your extension rows. Refits are typically required every 12 weeks or after 2–3 tightens, provided you have maintained your appointments every 4–6 weeks. If tightens have been missed or your extensions have become matted or excessively grown out, a refit may be needed sooner.
