“Tilly's first time with Erica. She had long curly coat matted in part but came away looking amazing. Beautifully clipped and great attention to detail. Tilly was very happy and relaxed. Liked the fact that Erica only works with one dog at a time. Would definitely recommend her and have rebooked on the strength of the service and attention to detail . ”

“Took our very anxious Welsh Terrier to Levels Dog Care Groomer’s after a successful ‘meet & greet’ with Erica, the groom went better than we had hoped for & Erica managed to give our dog a lovely bath & a nice clip, it will be a slow process to achieve a full groom but Erica is very knowledgeable & professional, putting the dog’s welfare first for which we are very grateful & highly recommend her 🐾”

“I took my 2 year old miniature dachshund to Erica back in May for his first ever groom, and he’s just had his 4th! Erica always does an absolutely amazing job and my dog comes out looking and smelling gorgeous!😍 I was worried at how my dog would be for his first groom and Erica put me at ease instantly, reassuring me and even kept me updated throughout the first appointment!🫶🏽 I will be bringing Freddie to Erica for EVER, and recommending her to everybody!
