Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show and must be altered or cancelled within 48 hours or your appointment date. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided within the 48 hour time scale, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Clients who pay a deposit and do not show up for their appointments will be issued a no show fee which will be the remaining balance of the rest of their grooming price. Please ensure you book the correct service for your grooming appointment, this is time slot based and extra charges could occur. There is an extra £10 charge for matted pets this is to cover costs for extra time for your stylist to remove them. Pets will be shaved we do not de-matt under animal welphare legislation, pets that have parasites fleas/ticks there is an extra £12 charge, this charge is for us to remove parasites and protect the other dogs in the salon
