All the staff go to extraordinary lengths to make my Setter feel more than just welcome, they make him feel loved.

Dolly is now used to attending Paws Truly and although a little nervous goes in with no hesitation. The girls are great with her.
Dolly's groom is always exactly as I ask for, no exceptions. She hates having her nails clipped, even at home. But this time Liv managed to clip them well 👏🏻
No hesitation in recommending Paws Truly

Amazing service ! Elsie my poochon loves the pamper she gets from the ladies in the salon . Very accommodating , always willing to help if I need appointment changed . But most importantly very caring and loving towards my girls . Always happy , great customer service & such a great team

Pebbles looks lovely after her grooming. She loves it there.

I took Cookie in at 2 years not knowing her history but knowing she was very nervous and they were brilliant!
She’s still nervous going in but comes out so happy and that is down to the anazing team
Well done x

Very happy my old dog pickles was sorted straight away, she is very happy tonight, nice and comfy on the sofa having a snooze will definitely go back to Paws Truly

Had to change groomers as our old one wasn’t doing big dogs anymore. We have a mixed Shepherd, who is coming into her own but can still be a bit nervous at times & was very comfortable with the last groomers.

She waltzed right in as if she was right at home. She smells and looks lovely after a de-shed and you can really see the difference! Really pleased with everything and relieved as I was worried how going somewhere new would impact her. Will definitely be booking back in. Thank you!

Both dogs Bruno and Arlo came home with fab cuts and smelt amazing.

Everyone's caring and polite Alfie is well groomed and happy on his visits won't go anywhere else highly recommend 👍

Absolutely brilliant service! The staff here are so lovely and welcoming, and they took such great care of my dog while he was with them. He has come home looking absolutely gorgeous and beautifully groomed. I can't recommend Paws Truly enough, will definitely be making this our regular spot!

I loved the idea of everything that was going on, you could see. Dogs are in full view while getting seen to by the groomers. Nothing is hidden. The dogs are free to roam around. Lovely atmosphere when you walk through the door.....

We’ve been bringing Maizie our bichon frise for the past 4 years and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. All groomers are amazing with her as she isn’t the easiest dog to groom but they take their time with her and she always comes out looking beautiful and smelling the best.

Friendly , fast , reliable, good job 👍

We travelled an hour today and had our Pomeranian Pablo in with Demi. Pablo has alopecia and we were very nervous but Demi put our minds at ease immediately.
