📅 Appointment, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, in person, or through our website.

A $25 deposit per dog is required to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with at least 24 hours’ notice will keep the deposit as a credit for your next visit.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit, without exception.

🐾 Rescheduling

Each appointment may be rescheduled one time only.

There is no charge for the reschedule if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Once an appointment has been rescheduled, it may not be cancelled or moved again.

Failure to attend or notify in advance will result in loss of the deposit.

🕒 On-Time Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
This allows us to welcome your pet calmly, complete check-in, and begin the service smoothly.

⏰ Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled depending on availability.

If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be forfeited.

⚠️ Aggressive or Highly Stressed Pets

If your pet displays aggressive behavior or extreme stress that puts their safety, our safety, or others at risk, we may immediately suspend the service.

In these cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
Our goal is always to protect your pet’s well-being, even when that means not continuing the service.

💳 Payments & Refunds

We accept cards, electronic payments, and cash.

No refunds are issued once the service has been completed, except in rare cases at the discretion of Pet Grooming Mi Mundo.

I just moved here from Las Vegas and did not know about any groomers in town. I started here as they are the closest and am more satisfied than the three I used in Las Vegas. The others had issues with what I wanted but Mi Mundo did exactly what I wanted. Thank you. I will be back.

I highly recommend Pet Grooming Mi Mundo. I'm very pleased with the amazing job they do on my golden doodle. He looks great and he likes coming to this groomer. They have shown him kindness and love. The owners are warm and friendly. It's a pleasure coming here. The salon is very clean.

I can’t say enough good things about this groomer! I’ve taken my Golden Doodle to many places, but no one has ever taken the time, patience, and genuine care like this team did. They went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable and looking his absolute best. His coat has never looked this good, and you can tell they truly love what they do. AMAZING! What a find! My two labradoodles had a complete makeover and came home wagging their tails! I really appreciate that their hair was hand-cut, instead of shaved.  The environment is relaxed and pleasant so the dogs were relaxed and happy. The price was super reasonable. Double thumbs up!

This has to be one of the best groomers in Tucson, I have been taking my golden doodles for over a year now and they are always so nice and my dogs are always happy and beautiful when they leave. They are true masters at their profession.

Have taken my three dogs to mi mundo and have never been disappointed. My expectations are always surpassed. I love going and seeing my fur babies excited to be there. Not once have I come home with them having cuts but I’m sure if an accident were to happen they would let me know. Overall I love going there because of how warm and welcoming the owners are they truly connect with you, it’s nice not being seen as just a paying customer but as a  valued customer.

I love this place! They always go above and beyond with all of my dogs, including my moms. Very attentive and I love the fact that they are willing to deal with my fiesty one, I always used to have an issue with other groomers taking her in. I took in my 11-year-old pup, Nikolaj, who is usually a nervous nelly. The staff at Mi Mundo were kind and gentle with him and made us both feel very safe. Will definitely be making Mi Mundo our go-to groomers.

I moved to Tucson several months ago. I have an Aussie Doodle who requires trips to the “poodle parlor.” He is a rescue and he has some security / anxiety issues so it’s very important that whoever grooms him does so with compassion. For me, it’s not just about “does his haircut look good,” it’s also about “how is he treated.”
The Dynamic Duo at Mi Mundo are  sweet, kind people who really care about the dogs. Winston always comes looking away great, and I know he’s getting great care. 🐾 

This place is so great! My dog gets really nervous when she is groomed. Everyone was so kind and loving with her. She got through it without a lot of anxiety, which was entirely because of the gentle way she was treated. And they did a great job too-she looks beautiful now and her coat is really shiny and clean!

You did a wonderful job with our dogs. Both seemed relaxed and happy after their grooming and they looked fabulous, so we will return to your salon.

This is the best place to get your dog groomed!! They are so friendly and take much love and care into grooming. I brought my husky who needed a de shed and they took two coats off of her which no other place would anytime I take my husky somewhere else they would still leave her with hair shedding but not this place 10/10. I also brought my toy poodle and they gave her the best hair cut ever I wanted her to look like a bear and they did not disappoint!!! Very satisfied!! 100% recommend!!!

It was my first time taking my Golden Retriever to this 
grooming place.  I felt so good leaving him there and when 
I picked him up he looked so beautiful.  The place is very clean and he was done 1 hr.  I recommend this place.
