No Show Policy It is considered a "No-Show" when a client is unavailable at set appointment time and does not reach out to Cancel or Reschedule! Your groomer reserves the right to charge the FULL grooming Fee due to loss of revenue caused by a "No Show" Late Cancelation or Reschedule Policy! Please give a 48 hour notice if you need to Cancel or Reschedule your pets appointment Last Minute Cancellation or reschedule may result in $30-$45 Fee Per Pet scheduled * Please note any No Shows, Late Cancellation or Rescheduling fees must be payed in Full before booking future appointments. -Payment is due upon pickup (Cash & Card ONLY) $3.50 Processing fee. Humanity over Vanity 🫶🏼 Your dogs comfort is our First priority if your furbaby is matted to the skin he/she will be shaved! Excessive matting will result in additional fee, depending on severity. This is because matting can be difficult/dangerous to remove and is hard on our equipment! If you would like a fluffy/scissor cut your furbaby needs to be on a strict grooming schedule every 3-4weeks. Also brushing in-between grooms is very important if you don’t brush your furbaby for weeks/months, please don’t expect a groomer to brush tangles/Matt’s out in 2-3 hours is just not safe nor logical! Shorter lengths can go 6-8 weeks and does require less maintenance in between grooms! Please know I never want to shave a pup down because it’s “easier” I would definitely prefer to make them as beautiful as possible but this is a team effort 🤍 🐾 *De-matting, Special handling and Specialty cut fees will be added if applicable. *please come to door upon Arrival
