We love the Grand Dog. Monica is patient with our hyper Yorkie and always does a great job.

We absolutely LOVE the Grand Dog Spa for our fur babies. We have two elderly dachshunds, my girl is blind and deaf. The care and time that was given to her and my male were above and beyond. You can tell the ladies working truly love what they do! My babies look amazing. Very pleased with our service and will continue to return! Thank you!

Monica is the best!! My little Russell has been styled “super cute” every time. Monica takes time to hear what we want to see in the grooming.

5 stars isn’t enough for this place. Seriously the best. Everyone is so so nice and they keep you updated on how the appointment is going and how your fur baby is doing! 10/10 would recommend 🤍

Heather took amazing care of our sweet four month old puppy during his first grooming appointment!

My girls look beautiful, soft and clean. Just perfect!! Thank you so much. We will be back.

We love all the girls at the Grand Dog. They take care of our fur babies so well!! We’ve used them for almost a year now and so glad we made the change

My babies look amazing and the staff is amazing!!!

It was so easy to book! Mallory took care of our sweet Maybeline today. We received updates and a beautiful picture of her when it was time to pick her up. When I came in, everyone was so happy and kind. Mallory loved on our sweet fur baby and let me know how the appointment went along with telling me that her ears were a little red. (Our Maybeline like to swim) truly a wonderful experience. We will schedule there again. Mallory was magical!

We had our second visit today for my puppy Tilly and they did so good with her!!!!!! She’s so fluffy and soft now!

Heather did a wonderful job with Tres'. He was nervous but, she took her time with him and he looked happy & beautiful when I picked him up! Thank you Heather!

I have a German Shepherd that can be very anxious in unfamiliar surroundings. The Grand Dog Grooming does a great job with her. They are patient and allow her time to settle into her new environment. When I pick her up she is always happy, smells great, and beautiful.

Second groom here, love that we have a great option in Newcastle! Everyone is friendly and appointments are always on time. Highly recommend!

I have always had an amazing experience with my Shih Tzu! All the groomers do a wonderful job and my fur baby always look great.

Grand dog is AMAZING. Their entire staff is so warm and welcoming. Mallaree takes wonderful care of our boys and provides excellent tips and tricks. Highly recommended and so thankful for them 🐾

Got 2 baths and 1 groom. All 3 went great the girls were so sweet and did super jobs.

This was Quinn’s first time being groomed at The Grand Dog. Rachel was amazing! So thankful for the time and care she took with Quinn being an older dog. Thanks so much! We’ll definitely be back.

The ladies working were so sweet to our dogs! Our two came out so clean and fresh. They did an amazing job and we will definitely use them in the future!

DAISY LOVES TO GO HERE AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB! ITS NICE And CLEAN Also.

We had the best experience. My dog has anxiety and isn’t the best behaved when it comes to letting you groom him. They handled him with care and he came back looking and smelling amazing. He really seemed happier coming out of his appointment. I greatly appreciate the staff there and for them listening to my concerns when it came to grooming him.

The groomers are wonderful! Service is always within the time allotted and our pups are always excited to go to the groomer.

we love monica as our groomer!!! lincoln loves her and he looks and acts fantastic after she grooms him she goes the extra mile for our baby! cant say enough good things.

We were very pleased with our experience there she was very sweet and our dog was very happy

So very grateful for Samantha and the team. They are so good with our little furry kids. Thank you for what you do!

They did such a great job on my fur baby, and we're so kind!

Ally was quite pleased. She was treated well while there and responded well with Monica

I am so thankful to Monica at the Grand Dog! She has worked hours to help get my mini golden doodle puppy comfortable! She is super fearful and has really struggled at the groomer and Monica has been extremely patient and sweet with her and done everything she can to help Annie! I’m so thankful and will definitely continue to see Monica!

Such a great experience! Appa is sparkly clean and I love that her little toenails got polish.

Izzy and Bella are both treated with extra care on grooming day. Monica is patient and kind toward them both which I truly appreciate. I always feel confident that they are in the best of hands.

Mallaree is the best! She was so gentle and sweet with both my sensitive, old pup and my nervous, big pup. Thank you!

Our first time visiting The Grand Dog Grooming and it was amazing. They did an amazing grooming job on my corgi and took such good care of him!

Thank you for always doing such a great job on my nervous Nellie, Pip.

Grand dog did a great job. Listen to my request and was so good to our goldendoodle!

First time for our German Shepherd to get a bath. They were so patient and kind. Could not ask for better service.

My sweet geriatric Maltese has been here twice! Both times she looks fabulous. Her face gets messy because she has a soft food with gravy, they clean her up. She also has numerous skin lesions possibly cancers or moles they don’t hit them and make her bleed. I’m very satisfied!

Awesome experience!! My dogs look and feel so much better after a visit to The Grand Dog

Every visit here has been so fantastic! Monica is so calm and caring with my dogs. I am pretty particular about how one of my dogs is groomed, at pick up he looked perfect! Also, love the post groom pictures I receive via text.

We brought our 4 month old Bernedoodle Samantha (Sam) in for her 2nd ever spa treatment. Monica greeted us upon arrival & discussed what to expect. When we came back to pick Sam up we were awestruck at the great job Monica had done. However, what meant more to us was Sam was laughing which let us know she had a low stress visit. I highly recommend The Grand Dog Grooming establishment—so much so I’ve already booked Sam’s next visit!

🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 5 Paw Rating!!

Since they have opened, we have taken our Golden Doodle to Grand Dog. We are so happy we finally have a great place to go!

We've been here twice and have had excellent experiences both times. Each time we've been greeted warmly, with special attention paid to our daschund. When we come for pickup our little weenie dog always looks great and smells fantastic! She's a nervous dog, but each time has done so well coming to this establishment. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely remain customers here!

They do a great job on nail trims. No sharp edges!

Loved the facilities/environment. Very clean. Staff were professional and very kind. They did a great job on my dog. Will be back again!

Mallorie is so sweet and gentle with our new fur baby. She did fantastic job!!!!!

I’ve gotten my golden and Aussie both groomed here twice and they always are so happy and handsome when they leave! 10/10 recommend! It’s also so close and convenient

Grand Dog Grooming was a pleasant surprise and we will definitely be a repeat customer. From the moment I walked in with my 2 crazy German Shepherds and 1 Cavalier we were greeted kindly. They respected my dogs and made friends with them prior to attempting to take them from me. They sent pictures of them and an easy link to pay, which made pick easier. The shop was super clean and smelled great. Would highly recommend.

Ben & Sophie visited The Grand Dog for the first time today, for a quick bath and blowout! Shout out to Monica, who was absolutely fantastic with them both and returned them looking phenomenal! What a great experience! Highly recommend- Monica and The Grand Dog….. thank you for taking such great care of our fur-babies!🩷🐶🩵

The girls were so sweet & attentive to my dog. They did an amazing job grooming her! Thank you..

Pip was cut exactly how I asked Thank you..

Amazing experience and may chihuahuas look amazing!!!

Elite services. I have never had grooming services that were this thoughtful, thorough, and professional. I brought 5 dogs ranging from 20-106lbs. They gave so much love and time to each one. All of my dogs shed like crazy, and they were fluff free for over 2 weeks. I was understandably shook and have rebooked. Very very worth the money! Thank you!

I was so happy with my experience. I was anxious about taking my older dog somewhere new, but she looked so good afterward, and the staff was really gentle with her.

You all went above and beyond grooming my Llewellin Setter today.

Monica is great! She's very loving towards both my dogs.

Samantha and her husband were so kind and welcoming. They did a great job with our two boys. They made our anxious dog feel comfortable and handled our mastiff like a champ. We will be back!

We brought our Chachi here twice and have been very happy. The owners are so nice and are great to talk to. I wish them the best!!

Sam always does such a great job with our one husky. We adopted another and she did a superb job! My dogs do not hesitate or dread going to the groomer with her. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for taking care of our fuzzy kids. They look great.

Absolutely thrilled with Monica and the beautiful groom she gave my senior dog. Love this company and their friendliness!

Easy to make appointment and was reminded on it. My puppies look great. Have a picture of cut I wanted and was just like it. Will come back again

This was my first visit and we are very pleased with the service and care given to our little Yorkie. She can be a handful and Monica was very patient with her.
The shop has a very calming atmosphere and Monica did a great job grooming her. We definitely recommend The Grand Dog Grooming and plan to make this our new place for services.

They are so friendly and do such a good job on our dog.

Great place! We followed Monica here and were very impressed with the salon. The grooming is top notch, and the extras (exercise area for the pups, photo area, self-wash station) make it stand out as a grooming facility. Well worth the little jot to Newcastle!

I felt they did a good job on our Prancy. Thank you

Caring groomer who does a wonderful job with our 3 girls. Highly recommended

I am so happy I have found my puppers a home for their grooming needs! The Grand Dog does such a great job of spoiling them and comforting them with their anxiety (and mine lol). The care they take to insure the puppies are comfortable and look nice is unbelievable!! These guys are the absolute best!!! Thank you Grand Dog!!

They were very kind and patient with my two nervous dogs. Great experience! Will be returning!

Grand Dog always does the best job with our fur girl, Charlie!! She loves going to get her bath and grooming done by the sweet team at Grand Dog! If you’re looking for professional groomers, I highly recommend Grand Dog!!

Ratchett time at GDG was timely and well done. Sam does a nice job.

They were awesome! My boy got the best groom he's ever had. They were so kind and welcoming. Finally found a place close to home that does an amazing job!!!

Samantha does a great job grooming our dogs!

Great people and very helpful! My first time trying a self-serve dog wash. Very clean and beautiful shop. I can’t wait to see my dog after her first grooming appointment!

My furr babies Jordy and Archie looked great. Sam was so good with them and they loved her right away..Will use her again!!!

Amy loves going to the Grand Dog and getting all groomed! She always looks and smells amazing.

Took our doodle for the first time and what a great experience!! The place is super clean and smells clean and they did a super job on our girl- she smelled the best she ever has leaving a groomer!! Highly recommend

Faith looks great! They took good care of her & groomed her perfectly!

Wonderful service. People are great. Sent pics for fall.

My fur baby has never looked better!! Doodles are somewhat of a challenging breed to groom and also look great, which they mastered!!
The facility is open and dog friendly where my dood wasn’t in an kennel all day or after being groomed. We will definitely be returning!! ❤️ Calvin Klein says “thank you”!

They did an amazing job grooming my Australian Shepherd, who isn’t always the easiest when it comes to grooming. The staff was so patient, gentle, and clearly experienced with double-coated breeds.

We could not be happier with Samantha and The Grand Dog! She has taken care of two of our dogs and they've both looked great afterwards. They both have some anxiety, and I appreciate the time she takes to introduce herself and love on them before she begins the grooming process. The online booking is so convenient. Prices are fair. The shop is clean. I would recommend anyone take their dog(s) to see her!

This was Lucy’s second visit to The Grand Dog and it was as good as the first! Samantha has such great enthusiasm it puts the dogs in a great space and they really enjoy being there. Great facility and really good people…..thank you!

What a great first visit. The place is set up so nice, and it is really clean. Kirby, our corgi, just went straight back with no reservation. I would highly recommend The Grand Dog!

Our 2 labradoodles came back looking great! Samantha did an awesome job with them!

We had an awesome experience at The Grand Dog! Casper looks amazing and we will definitely return. We highly recommend Samantha!

What a beautiful place, it is a complete spa and wellness center. Sam is very patient and pleasant.
Grand dog did an amazing job bathing and papering my 90 lb Shelby; he was so happy and energetic after his day with Sam. I will definitely be booking another appointment.

They were so sweet and patient with our puppy for her first groom! She looks great and smells fresh and clean. We’ll definitely book again!

They did an outstanding job on our baby! They were so caring and sweet to her and we will absolutely continue to use them for future grooming! A+++++++

This was our first visit to the Grand Dog, and I am very, very pleased with the way my Cali girl turned out. Great job!!!
