“We brought our 4 month old Bernedoodle Samantha (Sam) in for her 2nd ever spa treatment. Monica greeted us upon arrival & discussed what to expect. When we came back to pick Sam up we were awestruck at the great job Monica had done. However, what meant more to us was Sam was laughing which let us know she had a low stress visit.
