‼️ For any issues regarding lashes, I allow up to 48 hours to fix any problems that may have occurred. Anything after 48 hours will be looked at as poor maintenance/aftercare and you will be required to pay if you wish to have them fixed/filled.

‼️ I strictly do not give refunds as time and products were used hence why I allow up to 48 hours for any corrections

‼️ If you choose not to have a patch test we will not take any responsibility for reactions that occur.


Honestly 10/10, Deny is so lovely and so easy to chat to throughout, the salon is very cosy and comfortable. Ive been looking for a new lash tech for so long and finally I’m delighted with the result, I’ve had them a week and they are still perfect!

Literally the best lash experience ever. The vibe was so calmly and cozy, there was soft music and a clean girl atmosphere. My lash tech was so sweet, explained everything and made me feel really comfortable.

I was super relaxed and lowkey fell asleep, I left extremely happy with results, and she also informed me how to take care of them and gave me free applies.

Will be going back for refills soon and would definitely recommend. 5/5 stars.
