‼️If you cancel your appointment with a day before or same day , a cancellation fee of 40€ must be paid on the same day, otherwise you will be blocked from booking future appointments! ‼️Reschedule with a day before isn’t possible! ‼️Please confirm your appointment with a day before when you get the reminder message! ‼️Attend your appointment alone ! ‼️Parking is available in front of my house ! ‼️Don’t be late more than 5 minutes! ‼️ For any issues regarding lashes, I allow up to 48 hours to fix any problems that may have occurred. Anything after 48 hours will be looked at as poor maintenance/aftercare and you will be required to pay if you wish to have them fixed/filled. ‼️ I strictly do not give refunds as time and products were used hence why I allow up to 48 hours for any corrections ‼️ If you choose not to have a patch test we will not take any responsibility for reactions that occur.
