By booking with Shay’s Classy Cleaning Service LLC, you agree to secure all fragile items prior to your cleaning, as I am not liable for unsecured or pre-existing damage. Payment is due in full upon completion of service, and a $25 late fee will be applied after one hour. A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations, with a $25 fee for late cancellations, and no-shows will result in removal from my client list. Any concerns must be reported the same day, and I will return within 48 hours to resolve the issue at no additional charge. All services are insured, and your information will always remain confidential.

I messaged Shay on TikTok about organizing my chaotic kitchen cabinets and she responded super fast. She even called me to explain the service and help booked everything within minutes, sending a detailed link right after. Shay was very professional and left my cabinets looking amazing. She also went above and beyond by wiping down the cabinets, stovetop, and appliances, which wasn’t even included.

Shay was referred to me by my neighbor. In grief from a recent loss and dealing with chronic illness, plus all the things involved in motherhood, my bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in three months. I knew I needed to reach out for help. I messaged Shay through Facebook and she was responsive right away answering all my questions. 
She did a thorough job and I am so happy with the results. She paid attention to the little details that kids and husbands usually miss. Thanks Shay!
