Policy and Terms
🧼 Policies By booking with Shay’s Classy Cleaning Service LLC, you agree to secure all fragile items prior to your cleaning, as I am not liable for unsecured or pre-existing damage. Payment is due in full upon completion of service, and a $25 late fee will be applied after one hour. A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations, with a $25 fee for late cancellations, and no-shows will result in removal from my client list. Any concerns must be reported the same day, and I will return within 48 hours to resolve the issue at no additional charge. All services are insured, and your information will always remain confidential.
