Policy and Terms
1. Damage Policy: Glass and Fragile Items: clients should ensure fragile items (like glassware, decor, etc.) are properly secured or removed before cleaning. Accidental Damage: while I take utmost care while cleaning, accidents can happen. I will notify clients immediately if an item is broken, and compensation may be discussed if it's determined to be the cleaner's fault (or a mishap). Liability Limitations: I am not responsible for pre-existing damages or fragile items that weren’t securely placed or protected. 2. Payment Terms: Full Payment Expectation: payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made. Late Payment Fees: late fees or penalties will occur if payments are not made on time. ($25 fee added after hour of completed clean) 3. Cancellation Policy: Notice Period: required to cancel or reschedule an appointment (24-72 hours). If a client cancels last-minute, I will charge a cancellation fee of $25. No-Show Fees: will be banded from website permanently. 4. Satisfaction Guarantee: Feedback and Complaints: if a client is not satisfied with the service, they should notify me same day so I can address any issues. Resolution: if a cleaning job isn’t up to standard, I will come back within 48 hours to resolve the issue at no additional charge. 5. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy: Client Privacy: I respect your privacy and will not share personal information or details about your property without consent. 6. Insurance: I am insured to reassure clients i am covered in case of accidents. My liability is limited to the amount covered by my insurance.
