-Refunds are discussed and issued only in person after a professional assessment.
Refunds are not processed based on messages, photos, or videos.

-Within 5 days of the appointment, if more than 40% of lash extensions have shed, a complimentary refill is provided.

She always does an AMAZING job. I almost always fight off falling asleep during the appointment (that’s how careful and gentle she is). Now I’m home a few hours later, relaxing , and totally forgot I got eyelashes today😂 the does them so well, you don’t even feel them. Once they fall off, which they last forever, my natural eyelashes are still in tact as well (I think I’ve been coming to her for about a little over a year?) I couldn’t recommend her enough!!!!

Anatasia is wonderful!  I'm enjoying my beautiful lashes. Its a long appointment to lay still and not want to open your eyes. Anastasia is patient, kind, and shows great skill! Calm magnesium before the appointment works great for me to lay through it without getting antsy.

Anastasia is talented and has the best set up - high-end and relaxing spa atmosphere - but totally reasonably priced! When I moved here, I tried 4 other lash techs and she is the 5th and LAST! She takes way more time cleaning and prepping your lash pre-extension than any others, and there are ZERO clumps or balls of glue. Completely smooth lashes from root to tip. She has an eye for perfection and I am so happy with my extensions AND my Brow Lamination! A truly talented artist/8 yrs exp in CA.
