All appointments are requests and not guaranteed time slots. When booking, you are requesting a preferred time within an approximate 30-minute window. Appointment times may be adjusted based on schedule availability. You will receive a confirmation with your final appointment time within 12 hours of your request. Please note: the confirmed time is final and is not considered a later change.
Policy and Terms
-Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. -No fills on work from other technicians. Removal + full set required. -Natural lash shedding of 2–5 lashes per day is normal and expected. -Refunds are discussed and issued only in person after a professional assessment. Refunds are not processed based on messages, photos, or videos. -Within 5 days of the appointment, if more than 40% of lash extensions have shed, a complimentary refill is provided.
