Bookings: 
In order to confirm your appointment, a card on file is required. 

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 25%. No-shows or appointments canceled without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Policy: 
We understand that schedules don’t always go as planned. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We allow a 10 minute grace period for all services; however, if you exceed the 10 minute mark, your appointment may be rescheduled. 

Refunds: 
Please note that Anahi Beauty does not offer refunds for any services rendered. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within two days after your appointment. We will work together to address your concerns. 

Sick Policy: 
If you are feeling unwell, please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel, please allow at least a 24 hour notice.

Right to Refuse Service: 
Anahi Beauty aims to maintain a peaceful  and relaxing environment. We’re excited to welcome all guests, but we have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior toward the owner or other clients. If any behavior disrupts the positive atmosphere we strive to maintain, we may need to part ways.
