Policy and Terms

Bookings: In order to confirm your appointment, a card on file is required. Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 25%. No-shows or appointments canceled without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late Policy: We understand that schedules don’t always go as planned. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We allow a 10 minute grace period for all services; however, if you exceed the 10 minute mark, your appointment may be rescheduled. Refunds: Please note that Anahi Beauty does not offer refunds for any services rendered. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within two days after your appointment. We will work together to address your concerns. Sick Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel, please allow at least a 48 hour notice. Right to Refuse Service: At Anahi Beauty, we prioritize a peaceful, safe, and relaxing environment for all. We love welcoming new and existing clients, but we do not tolerate disrespectful behavior toward our staff or guests. Anyone who disrupts the positive atmosphere of our studio will be asked to leave and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
