BOOKING AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all policies listed below. ⸻ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Out of respect for my time as a solo artist, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. Feel free to reschedule through my booking site as allowed up until 24 hours before your appointment start time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, including same day cancellations, will be charged 50% of the service total. If you are feeling unwell, please prioritize your health and stay home. Same day cancellations for illness are still subject to the 24 hour policy. ⸻ NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments. ⸻ DEPOSIT POLICY A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits are applied toward your service and are not refunded for same day appointments, last minute cancellations, or no shows. Loyal returning clients who prebook future appointments at the time of their service may be exempt from the deposit requirement. ⸻ ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure the full service can be provided. I schedule clients back to back, so arriving early may not be suitable. New clients should allow extra time to locate my suite and be ready to begin at the scheduled start time. I may not be able to respond to calls or texts to help you locate my suite while with other clients, so please plan accordingly. I’m located in building 3A upstairs in suite 207. Building numbers are located on the side of each building. Arrivals 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened service or reschedule based on availability. Full services cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. ⸻ EXTRA GUEST POLICY To maintain a calm, comfortable, and distraction-free environment, please refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment. ⸻ REFILL & TOUCH-UP POLICY Refill appointments require at least 50% of lash extensions remaining to maintain proper balance and density. Mini Refills are intended for small gaps or a quick refresh and are best suited as a one week touch up. All refills must be done within 3 weeks plus 3 days of the previous appointment. Refills outside this window will require a full set due to natural lash growth. Foreign fills may be accepted on healthy, properly applied extensions.
