Policy and Terms
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If you need to cancel or reschedule under 24 hours, please contact me! Late Policy: Your time is valued and I strive to provide the best service. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full experience. Arrivals 10+ Minutes Late: Your appointment may need to be shortened to fit the remaining time, or rescheduled based on availability. Deposits: A $30 deposit will be required in order to secure your appointment. Deposit counts towards the total of your service. Deposits will transfer over if you choose to reschedule your appointment (with at least 24 hours notice.) Deposits are non-refundable for no shows and last minute cancellations. Loyal returning clients may prebook future appointments at the time of their service to skip the deposit requirement. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of your service and may need to prepay for future appointments.
