Deposits & Payments
	•	$15 non-refundable deposit required to book.
	•	Final payment: CASH ONLY.
	•	Apple Pay, Cash App, or Zelle = +$5 fee.

Timing
	•	Please arrive on time. (Plan for a 3-hour window.)
	•	15 mins late = $15 fee.
	•	20 mins late = Appointment canceled.

Additional Fees
	•	Squeeze-in appointment: +$50
	•	Off-day booking (MONDAY): +(Sunday) $25
	•	Early bird appointment: +$15 
(Fees do not go toward final balance.)

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once completed. I do not offer refunds after you have left the chair. If you have any concerns, please communicate them before leaving so I can address them immediately. Your satisfaction is important, and I appreciate the chance to make things right during your appointment.

Deposits & Squeeze-In Appointments
	•	Standard appointments do not require a deposit.
	•	For squeeze-in appointments, a fee starting at $100 is required.
	•	Please note: This fee is not deducted from your final payment—it is an additional charge for booking outside of regular availability.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
	•	Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
	•	Failure to cancel within this window will result in a 25% charge of your service total, which must be paid before booking again.

	•	Apple Pay or Cash App = $5 fee
	•	All payments must be completed before leaving The Hair Fairy Studio 11.
(ATM runs after your appointment are not allowed.)

Late Policy
	•	A 15-minute grace period is provided.
	•	Arriving later than this will result in a $25 late fee.
	•	Excessive lateness may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Preparing for Your Appointment
	•	If you’ve recently taken down braids, please ensure your hair is fully detangled before arrival. Or your WILL BE CHARGED FOR A TAKE DOWN 
	•	Bundles must be clean, dry, and detangled. Please wash and air dry at least one day prior.
	•	Do not bring wet bundles to your appointment.

	•	All new clients are required to receive a reshaping cut or trim during their first visit to set you on the right path toward your hair goals.
	•	The Hair Fairy Studio 11 specializes in luxury salon services, natural hair, and natural hair extensions.
	•	If you are experiencing hair loss, alopecia, thinning, or damage, I highly recommend booking a consultation first so we can determine the best plan for your hair journey. My goal is to help—not hinder—your growth.

This is my second time coming to ZONA and baby she did not disappoint!! The first time was sooooo good I had to come back for seconds ! My hair has grown and gotten thick within 4 weeks ! I love it here at Elite 101 ! 

I love the set up in the shop. She explains everything she does to your hair. She asks you what you want and always ask before doing something to your hair if you prefer or not . I love her positive attitude and conversation. 

I had the best experience here…I received a quick weave and it came with an old school wash trim and some great conversation and laughs. And the best part I absolutely loved my hair…Zona makes you feel welcome from the time you step inside. The shop is very clean well kept and professional. I most definitely will be returning and sending my friends and family here 10/10

My experience was wonderful. Upon arrival Zona had the salon suite clean and smelling good. The suite was cooled to my exact temperature. She took her time and Untangled my hair, before washing it. She washed and conditioner my hair. And it was amazing. Just over amazing experience.
