The Hair Fairy Studio 11 – Policies & Guidelines 🧚🏾‍♀️✨ Please take a moment to review our policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms. 💕 ⸻ Refund Policy All services are non-refundable once completed. I do not offer refunds after you have left the chair. If you have any concerns, please communicate them before leaving so I can address them immediately. Your satisfaction is important, and I appreciate the chance to make things right during your appointment. ⸻ Deposits & Squeeze-In Appointments • Standard appointments do not require a deposit. • For squeeze-in appointments, a fee starting at $100 is required. • Please note: This fee is not deducted from your final payment—it is an additional charge for booking outside of regular availability. ⸻ Rescheduling & Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Failure to cancel within this window will result in a 25% charge of your service total, which must be paid before booking again. ⸻ Payments • Accepted: Cash, Zelle • Apple Pay or Cash App = $5 fee • All payments must be completed before leaving The Hair Fairy Studio 11. Or your WILL BE CHARGED FOR A TAKE DOWN • Bundles must be clean, dry, and detangled.
