-Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.
Late shows after 15 mins will have to be rescheduled. 
-Each appointment is timed. If you're not mentally ready for your piercing within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, the appointment may be rescheduled with a deposit
- appts are approved in 30 min intervals, next second availability is not guaranteed if on break, lunch etc 
- For minors, you’ll need to bring any form of identification, like birth certificate, passport, or ID and parent will have to be present with their ID as well

Brooke did my piercing so well. I literally only felt a pinch. I’ll definitely be back for more piercings in the future

Brooke did SO great on my nipple piercings. This was my second time getting them done and I thought the pain was going to be excruciating. But, she worked quickly and made it so painless. I got my flat and rook pierced. Brooke was awesome! Made sure I had the right anatomy for the rook, and made the process as easy as possible. I normally get a bit dizzy/low blood sugar after piercings; this time I got hot, sweaty, dizzy, and nauseas. She was so helpful and understanding. It’s been a week, and my flat jewelry came apart and I also needed to upsize the post due to swelling. She fit me in, swapped out the jewelry, and cleaned both piercings for me, no charge! Amazing!!!
