Late shows after 15 mins will have to be rescheduled. 
-Each appointment is timed. If you're not mentally ready for your piercing within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, the appointment may be rescheduled with a new deposit
- appts are approved in 30 min intervals, next second is not guaranteed if on break, lunch etc

I got my flat and rook pierced. Brooke was awesome! Made sure I had the right anatomy for the rook, and made the process as easy as possible. I normally get a bit dizzy/low blood sugar after piercings; this time I got hot, sweaty, dizzy, and nauseas. She was so helpful and understanding. It’s been a week, and my flat jewelry came apart and I also needed to upsize the post due to swelling. She fit me in, swapped out the jewelry, and cleaned both piercings for me, no charge! Amazing!!!
