Policy and Terms
-Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Late shows after 15 mins will have to be rescheduled. -Each appointment is timed. If you're not mentally ready for your piercing within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, the appointment may be rescheduled with a deposit - appts are approved in 30 min intervals, next second availability is not guaranteed if on break, lunch etc - For minors, you’ll need to bring any form of identification, like birth certificate, passport, or ID and parent will have to be present with their ID as well
