Policy and Terms

By booking a service with Woofs Of Wixford, you agree to our terms and policies. We accept cancellations with at least 24 hours notice prior to the booking start time. Failure to give notice will result in the payment being charged before we book any further appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet deemed aggressive or a danger to others. Bitches in season are not permitted. Customers are responsible for any damages caused by their pet. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur during services. Payment is due in full at the time of service before your dog leaves the salon. A late collection fee of £5 per 20mins may be added if the team are not made aware at the time of drop off that there may be an issue with collection time. Thank you for choosing Woofs Of Wixford.
