Policy and Terms

By booking a service with Woofs Of Wixford, you agree to our terms and policies. We accept cancellations with 48 hours notice prior to the booking start time. Failure to give notice may result in the payment being charged before we book any further appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet deemed aggressive or a danger to others. Bitches in season are not permitted. Customers are responsible for any damages caused by their pet. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur during services. Payment is due in full at the time of service before your dog leaves the salon. A late collection fee of £5 per 20mins may be added if the team are not made aware at the time of drop off that there may be an issue with collection time. Thank you for choosing Woofs Of Wixford.

A full groom includes a bath with luxury coat appropriate shampoo, blow-dry, thorough brush-out, de -shed if appropriate, nail trim, gentle ear cleanse, hygiene tidy, paw and pad trim, and a full body style or clip to your chosen length. Finished with fragrance . Your dog gets a bow-tie or flower on their collar and a dog treat to take home.
