“Following our last visit when our dog got ‘spooked’ and the groom had to stop we returned today. Lovely welcome, discussed what may / may not have happened last time, both myself & our dog were put at ease. Time was spent with our dog, re-building the relationship. Left him settled. When I collected him, usual boisterous greeting so I knew all was well. And he looked very handsome. Thank you team Woofs especially Catherine & Alex”

“I dropped off my golden retriever Buckley and as he’s a younger dog and full of energy I was quite nervous in how he would react to a new groomers. My nerves were quickly calmed during the introduction, I felt as though the staff were really understanding and could tell that my dog’s comfortability was the first priority. He came back looking absolutely gorgeous, and feeling good in himself. I shan’t take him anywhere else! thank you so much.”

“We have a very bouncy Labrador who is very excitable initially. The team dealt with her beautifully and showed me a video and pics of her during her groom which was really reassuring that she’d calmed down for them when I’d left! When we picked her up, there was another regular dog excited to go in which is always a good sign that he loves it there :) A lovely grooming salon, great groom and friendly team - would very much recommend. ”

“Got told off for not ringing the bell! Very friendly staff though and explained what the services I had booked entailed. Left my springer and was told on my return to collect him that he had been really chilled. Will be back again next week and will ring the bell first!”

“Allie gives our anxious dog a great experience and treats him with care and respect. My initial worries that he wouldn't behave for her completely disappeared after his first grooming session. He happily trots into the salon (looking like a scruffy dirtbag!) and Allie returns him to me looking handsome, sleek and trimmed all over. Highly recommend!”
