If a groom can not be completed due to the behaviour of the dog, full payment will still be payable. Any fleas found will incur a fee of £20 to cover deep cleaning of the salon. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be classed as a no show. Late collections will incur a fee off £10 per 15 minutes.

My little furbaby Teddy absolutely loves Vicki. She does an amazing job. Vicki started grooming him after I rescued him. He is very happy to see Vicki & she is so patient building level of trust. Teddy always looks handsome after grooms. I would highly recommend Vicki 💯 % 

Vikki is marvellous with Cleo. Cleo has become extremely anxious, having been attacked by a larger dog. Vikki takes her time with her and reassures her, which helps a great deal and Cleo has no issues going off with her. Cleo looks so beautiful after her visit. 

This was our first grooming session and Vikki did an absolutely wonderful job. I honestly can’t stop parading around my puppy as he looks so handsome! Would definitely recommend. Great service, great price and well located.
