A holding deposit is required to book a grooming appointment. This will be refunded if you cancel/rearrange with more than 24 hours' notice.

Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable in case of same day cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
