Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable in case of no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. If a groom can not be completed due to the behaviour of the dog, full payment will still be payable. Any fleas found will incur a fee of £20 to cover deep cleaning of the salon. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be classed as a no show. Late collections will incur a fee off £10 per 15 minutes.
